This promotion is not meant to attract clients away from realtors they are currently working with; it is intended for clients who do not have a realtor at this time. We are not able to offer this promotion to clients who currently have their own realtor or to clients who will not be using this referral service.
The 'It Pays' Mortgage is a promotion done through Verico Mortgage Options Ltd and is not available through any other Verico firm. We reserve the right to offer you a cash equivalent to the additional rate discount offered if the lender we are working with does not offer a buy down option.
There are situations where clients do not qualify at the lender offering us the lowest rate, so we may have to place you elsewhere at a slightly higher rate. You will still qualify for the same rate buy down however that we are offering on our posted promotion through this other lender.
