The principal owners of Verico Mortgage Options, Vaughan Paisley and Dean Hamilton, bring their previous experience and in-depth knowledge of the mortgage industry to enable them in their goal to be the best mortgage broker.
Vaughan Paisley has been a licensed mortgage broker since 2000 having experience on the mortgage broker and lending side of the industry which gives him a strong base in dealing with clients and the mortgage lender network. Aside from owning a mortgage brokerage previously to Verico Mortgage Options, Vaughan has been an area manager with TD Canada Trust, Xceed Mortgage and Cervus Financial (now Macquarie Financial).
Dean Hamilton has been a licensed mortgage broker since 2000 as well, previously with Investors Group. He was in the top 10% nationally the last 4 years at IG. Dean continues to specialize in dealing with financial planners and is an expert in leverage loans as well as using mortgages for such investment tools as the Smith Manoeuver.
